Booking
Please call 604-536-8145 or e-mail us to book space for your dog.
Hours
We are open 7 days a week from 9am-4pm, however we ask that your dog be picked up or dropped off in the morning before 2pm.
This allows us to make sure we can indulge your dog properly! If you need to make different arrangements please let us know in advance so we can try to work around it.We are open to the public until noon on most holidays (except Dec. 25 and Jan. 1) for drop off only. Please call us if you need additional information on our hours.
Boarding
Our current rates are:
One Dog: $28.00/night.
Two Dogs: $42.00/night.
Three Dogs: $50.00/night
We recommend you bring your dogs food along with them for their stay. We'd appreciate it in a durable container, with feeding guidelines attached. For clients feeding a raw diet, we are happy to support that and have a freezer available.>
Vaccinations
We can happily accomodate those utilizing both alternative and traditional veterinary care. Veterinary proof of vaccines (including DHPTT combo, rabies, and Bordatella, also known as kennel cough) is required or a current titre test and a brief letter from your veterinarian stating your dog is in good health.
Pick up & Delivery Service
Mon-Wed-Fri is $50.00 each way.
North Shore & West Van is $57.00 each way.
Grooming
Please advise us if you would like grooming and we will confirm a price for you based on your requirements.
Cancellation Policy
A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged when dog stays are cancelled or shortened without 48 hours notice.
A $100.00 fee will be charged for cancellations during holiday periods.
